1. Service Terms & Commercial SaaS Availability
AstraStudio provides cloud-hosted artificial intelligence generation tools on a commercial SaaS basis with paid plan access. We strive to maintain continuous platform availability and high throughput across our inference clusters, with scheduled maintenance communicated via platform notices.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use AstraStudio to generate, upload, or transmit:
- Non-consensual deepfakes, sexually explicit material, or personal harassment.
- Illegal, hateful, violent, or defamatory content.
- Content intended to deceive, defraud, or spread intentional malicious disinformation.
- Material that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any account found violating these rules.
3. Responsibility for Prompts & Third-Party Model Terms
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the media you generate. AstraStudio uses underlying third-party generative models and APIs; outputs are subject to the acceptable use licenses and content policies of those respective model providers.
4. Plan Purchases & Billing
Creator, Pro and Agency are purchased through one-time checkout. Each verified purchase starts one calendar month of plan access and assigns the selected credit allowance once. A new purchase replaces the previous plan allowance and starts a new access period. One-time checkout does not create automatic renewal. Any existing recurring subscription follows the schedule shown in its provider portal; contact [email protected] for assistance.
5. Merchant of Record & Payments
The checkout identifies the payment provider before you pay. NOWPayments handles cryptocurrency checkout. When Lemon Squeezy checkout is available, Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for that purchase. Payment methods, applicable taxes and receipts follow the provider and final checkout details shown for your purchase.
6. Refund Policy
Plan purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if services are undelivered or technically defective. Please review our full Refund Policy for eligibility requirements and instructions on how to submit a request.
7. Credits & Service Changes
Plan credits are allocated once per verified purchase, have no cash value and do not refill automatically each month. Credits can be used while the corresponding plan access is active. Agency includes five seats in total, including the owner, using one shared purchased balance. We reserve the right to modify credit allocation amounts, introduce new tiers, or update studio features at any time.
8. Governing Law & Registered Entity
AstraStudio is operated as a registered commercial enterprise in Dhaka, Bangladesh by Founder & Owner Mohammad Wahid, registered under the National Board of Revenue (NBR e-TIN Certificate), Bangladesh. These Terms of Service and all related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
