AstraStudio collects minimal data required to provide and operate the service:
- Account Email: Provided during signup or signin to identify your account and manage subscription access and credits.
- Prompts & Generation History: Text prompts you submit and job history generated on the platform to display your recent outputs.
- Contact Email: If you submit an inquiry or newsletter subscription, we store your email address.
- Technical Logs: Basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps to maintain security and prevent abuse.
2. Why We Collect This Data
We use this information solely to:
- Authenticate users and manage credits included in your active subscription tier.
- Process your generative creation requests and deliver outputs to your browser.
- Send critical billing notices and requested product announcements.
- Detect rate limiting abuse, bot traffic, and unauthorized API exploitation.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
To run AstraStudio, we rely on third-party cloud infrastructure and services. Prompts you submit are transmitted to our AI generation providers to produce image and video outputs:
- AI Generation Providers: Pollinations for text-to-image synthesis, and Cerebrium for GPU video rendering workloads. Your creative prompts are transmitted to these services to compute and return visual outputs.
- Hosting & CDN: Vercel and Cloudflare for website hosting, edge routing, security, and asset delivery.
- Payments & Merchant of Record: Lemon Squeezy processes customer subscription payments, tax compliance, receipts, and billing management. We do not store or process your credit card numbers on our servers.
- Database: Managed cloud database services (Turso / SQLite) for persistent user credentials, job metadata, and waitlist storage.
4. We Do Not Sell Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or email address to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
5. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request complete deletion of your account and associated generation data at any time. To request deletion, send an email from your registered account address to:
